“Jo Sant ya faqir hain, Wah zaath-e-Khuda yani Swaroop Maalik ke Hain. Jo Unki khidmath karega aur Unki muhabbat aur prateethi karega, wah bhee zaath-e-Khuda ho jaega.”

---- Param Purusha Puran Dhani Huzur Soami Ji Maharaj;
The Holy Sar Bachan {Nasr}; No. 54, Page 90.

Its simple translation into English may be rendered as follows:

“The Saints and hermits are the same Breed as God, i.e. are Forms of God. Those who serve Them and are devoted to Them will also turn into the same breed of God.”

Magical Means of Transcending Desires.

Santon ka Satsang aisa Kalpatru hai ki sab baasna dhoor kar detha hai. Aur kahte hain ki Kalpatru sab baasna poori kar detha hai, par aaj thak kisi ko mila nahin. Lekin Satsang tho nij Kalpatru hai. Isliye barambaar Satsang karna chahiye. Bahut na ban sakey tho thoda karey, par sachauti ke saath karey, kapat se na karey ki usmein kuchh phayda nahin hai.”

---- Param Purusha Puran Dhani Huzur Soami Ji Maharaj; The holy Sar Bachan {Nasr}, No. 28, Page 81.

Its simple translation into English may be rendered as follows:

“The Satsang of the Saints is such a Kalpatru {wish-fulfilling stone} that it distances all one’s desires. It is said that the Kalpatru satisfies all one’s desires, but it has never been found by anyone. But Satsang itself is the Kalpatru. Therefore, one ought to do Satsang continuously. If you can’t perform Satsang much, then do so a little, but do it with sincerity, don’t do it with dishonesty as that won’t result in any benefit.”

Avoid Accepting, Using Others’ Things.

“... yeh matlab hai ki jo cheez jis tarah se kamayi ya ikatthi ki hui hai, uska asar zarur lene waale par padta hai aur yeh atal baath hai. Kisi shakhs ko kisi doosre ki cheez grahan nahin karni chahiye, kyonki jis tarah se jo cheez ikatthi hui hai, uspar, balki uske ek ek zarre par usi tarah ke karma ka bhaar chadha hua hai. Is tarah se waha uske karmon se ladhi hui hai. Jo shakhs waha cheez lega, waha un karmon ka bhaar apne oopar chadhavega. Balki ek Satsangi ko doosre Satsangi ki bhee cheez nahin leni chahiye, na hee khaan-paan karna chahiye, kyonki har ek ke karma mukhtalif {bhinn bhinn} hain, kisi ke zyada, kisi ke kam. Agar mazboori haalath mein koi cheez leni pade, tho uska ewaz usko zarur dena chahiye. Agar waha na leve, tho parmarath mein utna kharch kar deve. Agar Daya se Sant Mahatma kisi ki cheez Isthemal Karen, tho dene waale par badi Daya hothi hai.”

---- Param Guru Huzur Sarkar Saheb Ji; Bachan Bhag I, No. 17, Page 157.

Its simple translation into English may be rendered as follows:

“... it means that whichever way a thing has been earned or accumulated, its effect definitely occurs on the person who takes it. No person should use anything that belongs to another, because the way that the article has been accumulated, that article, rather, every atom of that article, becomes laden with the effect of that particular type of karmas. Hence, a thing is loaded with its owner’s karmas. If someone takes that thing, he will take upon himself its such karmas. Indeed, even a Satsangi should not take anything belonging to another Satsangi, nor should eat or drink at another’s expense, because everyone’s karmas are different, some more, some less. If the force of circumstances {or situations} constrains one to take something from someone, then one should give something in return for it. If the other does not accept it, one ought to spend that much on spiritual matters. If the saints or great souls mercifully use something belonging to another, then the donor becomes the recipient of considerable Grace.”
