God’s Melodies Compel Mystical Union. {152.}

Yes, this is it,
quite tantalizingly close, anyway.

The whirl subsides,
the Beauty draws.

Mystically dancing by the very
edge of limited human reality;
as the ego gets beheaded,
I eerily slide off it,
into the abyss that contains
heavens yielding their unalloyed truths.

The fulcrum that governs life,
the seat of the soul,
God’s aspect nascent within me,
face to face with God,
reborn into a functional force.

I transcend life’s measly bondage,
gliding among the eternal skies
of infinite awareness, consciousness, and
the bliss of reclaimed Home.

Divine Proximity Naturally Induces Humility. {151.}

It is only by
transcending one’s human ego
and nullifying one’s self
that one can possibly deserve God.

Proximity to God naturally induces
humility in the blessed soul.

One beholds the divine vision,
and realizes one’s sheer insignificance
in the infinite cosmic order,
in a manner of speaking.

Even the faith, godly proximity,
especial abilities and unique accomplishments
that the inspired may possess
are essentially gifts from God.

The sincere soul remains humble
and immeasurably grateful to God.

Absolute God and Imperfect Guru. {150.}

Faith in the invisible,
absolute and perfect God
is easier by far
than faith in the living
and mortal Guru
in a human form
that is manifestly imperfect,
to say the least.

So, help this honest believer,
my Supreme Lord,
to still somehow consummate his faith satisfactorily!
