“Farmaya ki jis tarah se Dayalbagh mein karkhana wa school zaari kiye gaye hain, isi tarah par pehle har ek soobe mein, phir har ek Commisionery mein, phir har ek zille mein, hathaki {yahan thak ki} har ek gaanv mein Satsangiyon ki alhada alhada basthi gaanv ke bahar isi namoone par hogi.”

“Pronounced that just as the factory and school have been opened in Dayalbagh, in the same manner, firstly in every region, then in every state, and later in every district, until finally {to the extent that} in every village, there will come to be established colonies of Satsangis beyond the village {of Dayalbagh} on its pattern.”
