Radhasoami!

I may humbly draw the reader’s attention to the following link, which contains, as at the time of writing and posting this, greetings by the Revered Leader of the Radhasoami religion of Dayalbagh, Gracious Huzur “Prem” Saran Satsangi Saheb Ji upon the Sesquicentennial Basant {150 years since the start of the Satsang on this auspicious day in 1861 by the August Founder} to all Satsangis and believers:

August Founder’s Permanent Dayalbagh Presence.
****

“... aur vichar karen ki kya aapne apni saari shakti laga kar Dayalbagh ki unnathi mein koi madad kee hai ya nahin.
...
Huzur Mehta Ji Maharaj ne Hum sabko Salaah Dhi hai ki Hum Param Pita Soami Ji Maharaj se prarthna karen ki waha Dayal Apni Upasthiti se Satsang ki shobha Badhane aur Hum logon ke saath yahan Dayalbagh mein Sadeiv Niwaas Karne ki Daya Farmayen. Agar aapne apne anthar ke anthar se yeh prarthna ki aur Param Guru Soami Ji Maharaj ussey Manzoor Kar yahan Tashreef Le Ayen, tho aap Unko apna chehra kaise dikhayenge agar aapne kabhi koi aisa kaam kiya hai jo Satsang samaaj wa Dayalbagh ke hithon ke liye haanikarak hai?”

---- Param Guru Huzur Dr Lal Saheb Ji.

Its simple translation into English may be rendered as follows:

“... and reflect upon whether you have employed all your means to help the progress of Dayalbagh or not.
...
Huzur Mehta Ji Maharaj has Given Us all the Advice that We should pray to the Supreme Father Soami Ji Maharaj that His Graciousness May by His August Presence Add to the glory of Satsang, and May Grant Us the Grace of Permanently Residing in Dayalbagh among all of Us. If you have in your innermost recesses prayed so to the Supreme Lord Soami Ji Maharaj, and He Pleases to Accept it and Fetches His August Presence here, how will you be able to show Him your face if you have ever performed any misdeed that proved detrimental to the interests of the Satsang community and Dayalbagh?”

All Hearts Throb for Dayalbagh. {113.}

****
Radhasoami!

As the exclusive repository
of the most glorious Nij Dhar,
the awesome Divine Current
from the loftiest paradise, Radhasoami Dham,
there is infinite responsibility upon Dayalbagh:
that of the establishment
of the Radhasoami religion
in the whole world,
and eventually universal salvation.

It’s not going to be easy,
it might seem difficult beyond words,
but divine Will triumphs over all.

Regardless of whatever happens,
let Satsangis nourish their deep faith
in the prophetic Words
of our August Founder
and our Revered Leaders.

The sun shall begin to glow
the rosier, more beneficial, truly redemptive
as the Radhasoami religion of Dayalbagh
emanates and transmits its healing rays
to every corner of this world.

Let’s await the mysterious plays
of divine Will with eagerness,
wanting the welfare of all
and trusting Gracious Huzur absolutely.

Praying for Instant Salvation, Lord. {107.}

****
Radhasoami!

The following Paath {or hymn} lines,
from the holy Sar Bachan {Nazm}
Mercifully Penned by our August Founder,
have always meant immensely to me:

Ab tho man kar chuka pukaar /
Radhasoami, Karo udhhaar
.”

That is,
“The heart has now cried out,
Radhasoami, Redeem me.”

I find the use of the word
ab’ {or ‘now’} to be especially significant.

It appears to hide within it
untold striving, agonies, realizations.

So that finally, the heart
beseeches the Lord for salvation.

Well, much as this might seem
to be denying or escaping life,
that’s what the essence and import
of Radhasoami religion is all about.

This perishable world is to be quit,
life is to come to an end,
and the soul is to merrily
retrace its path to its
original, blissful and eternal Paradise.

Basant: Most Auspicious, Best Period. {77.}

****
Radhasoami!

We are close to the Basant day.

The Basant celebrations have begun
in Dayalbagh and other places.

So, let us recall that
it was on auspicious Basant
that our August Founder
had declared Satsang open to people.

It had been on sacred Basant again
that Param Guru Huzur Saheb Ji Maharaj
had laid the blessed foundation
for the colony of Dayalbagh
by Planting a mulberry plant.

Basant is the best time
for one’s resolutions and prayers.

However, for Satsangis,
every day ought to be
the sacred, auspicious, fortunate Basant.
